I live in Illinois, and I have looking for a car for quite a while. Last week my search found one in Fenton Mo. On Saturday I decided to drive down and just have a look. The car was everything I was looking for and Rich the fellow at the dealership was excellent - VERY friendly, accommodating (NO high pressure), professional and knowledgeable. Bottom line - I bought the car, and it was delivered yesterday. I couldn't be happier - the entire staff at Ernie Patti Auto Sales is top notch. They made my car buying experience pleasant, and very easy - one that we all hope it should be. Ernie Patti has a great inventory, and their customer service is superior! Very good experience here. With all the Covid going on they took the time to make accommodations for me when I bought an X3 from them. The car is great and very reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to go here if you are looking for a car. Very straight forward with everything and that’s the way it should be!
